How we build
- One job each
- A tool that does two things does neither one well. A new idea becomes a new tool.
- Ship the small version
- The first release does the least that is useful. It gets better in the open.
- Nothing to learn
- If it needs a manual, the design is wrong. Open it and it should be obvious.
- Subtract first
- Every release should be able to name what it took out.
